Care, experience, and a thoughtful approach.
Every person arrives with a different history, goal, and idea of what a helpful treatment feels like. Our Registered Massage Therapists bring a range of experience and techniques to the clinic while keeping your comfort, preferences, and participation at the centre of your care.

Christy Chudy
R.Ac, RMT & Clinic Coordinator
Christy has been practicing massage therapy since 2006 and takes an intuitive and intentional approach to treatment. She believes strongly in the connection between the mental, emotional, and nervous system states and how they contribute to pain and tension in the body, and she tailors her treatments with this relationship in mind.
Her clinical focus includes complex neck and shoulder conditions and TMJ dysfunction, with a particular interest in the interplay between the nervous system, fascia, movement, and persistent pain. Christy is also a Registered Acupuncturist and incorporates this training into her evolving clinical approach. She uses myofascial release therapy, cupping, gua sha, home care, and lifestyle recommendations when appropriate, and continues to expand her practice through specialized approaches such as DAO Needle Therapy Acupuncture.

Sara Hodge
RMT
Sara has been practicing massage therapy since 2009, bringing extensive experience to her treatments. Her approach combines therapeutic and deep tissue massage with myofascial release, restorative techniques, and assisted stretching.
Sara is known for her highly specific and intentional treatments, guided by strong clinical intuition and a deep passion for working with pain syndromes. She carefully assesses each client’s presentation to target the underlying drivers of discomfort, rather than just the surface symptoms.
Sara works with each client to create a treatment that supports their individual goals, whether that means relieving tension and pain, improving mobility, recovering from physical strain, or simply creating space to slow down and reconnect with the body.

Paula Torres
RMT
Paula has been practicing massage therapy since 2018 and takes a holistic, evidence-informed approach to treatment. She believes in looking at the whole person and addressing the contributing factors behind pain and dysfunction, rather than simply treating the area that hurts.
Her treatments may incorporate fascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, scar tissue work, joint mobilizations, lymphatic drainage, and prenatal and postnatal massage. Paula is particularly passionate about combining hands-on treatment with movement-based strategies and home care to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel more at ease in their bodies.

May Azucena
RMT
May has been practicing massage therapy since 2006 and brings extensive clinical experience to her treatments. She has a particular interest in treating sports injuries, repetitive strain and overuse injuries, arthritis, whiplash, headaches, and postural concerns.
May takes a thoughtful, preventative approach to care, looking beyond the immediate source of discomfort to understand the underlying factors contributing to a patient’s condition. She continues to expand her knowledge and techniques, with current studies in reflexology and palliative massage.
